We are one of the leading knitted fabric manufacturers of India who make one of the finest quality fabrics. We are based in the city of Ludhiana, Punjab, India. 

Akron was established in the year 2011 by Mr. Anupam Gupta, an alumnus of London Business School and The University of Hong Kong.

He founded the company with a clear focus in mind of providing latest fashion fabrics with the best in class quality to his customers. His long family legacy and experience in the field of textiles inspired him towards this goal.

His family has an experience of more than 70 years in the field of textiles. It all started in the year 1949 when Mr. Krishan Gopal Gupta Ji, late grandfather of Mr. Anupam Gupta started a small garment shop in the city of Ludhiana.

From a small garment shop the family business has now grown into a group of four well established manufacturing units with in house world class production facilities.

We have a strong in house production facility with a wide range of circular knitting machines to make all kinds of knitted fabrics.

We have a strong team of world class designers and technicians who continuously strive to provide our customers with export quality knitted fabrics.
